We enjoyed our stay here at the penthouse, they were helpful when the room had no hot water and helped us book additional nights and move rooms when we changed our travel plans. The location was convenient, beds were comfortable and it was value for money. Our thanks to the friendly staff, especially the receptionist Khai who went above and beyond and even collected our Grab deliveries for us, as well as the kind housekeeping sister!
The floor was initially dirty and bedsheets had a damp smell when we arrived, but the staff were really friendly and accommodating and fixed the problem right away.

Smooth check-in. Reception was super helpful in assisting me with extending my stay when travel plans changed. The room was spacious, private, quiet and had great amenities. I had such a great sleep!
