Best value for money! I booked the private room and had everything I needed, including a desk and good Wi-Fi for work. The room was super clean and tidy. They also have a washing machine available for just 100 rupees.
The staff were super friendly and helpful also. Manot was always nice and available to help.
The only downside is that the shared bathroom is connected to the private room. Some guests smoke inside the bathroom, and the smell gets into the room. An easy solution would be to put up a few signs reminding guests that smoking inside the bathroom is prohibited.

Had a really good stay at Checkpoint Backpackers, Lajpat Nagar. The overall vibe was great and the lighting gave the place a really nice atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the AC cooling was excellent.
The location is also very convenient, which made getting around easy. The host was awesome—friendly, helpful, and made the stay even better.
Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Lajpat Nagar. Would happily stay here again!

The location is fairly accessible.
Washrooms are good.
I went to stay there for a few days as my exam centre was nearby. My needs: peaceful surroundings, well lit place, no disturbance. The entire property lighting is dull. No white lights anywhere. Rooms in the image look spacious but the room I got was small and congested. The bedsheet was dirty and the mattress was uncomfortable. This didn't matter as much as the lighting did. The roommates slept all day and insisted on keeping the lights off, even the yellow light. For 3 days I studied under a yellow faint lamp in a dark room.
