Comfortable hotel close to Manila Airport

The hotel is a short Grab ride from the airport. The staff are very helpful. My room had a comfortable bed, great aircon and a very clean bathroom. It was easy and cheap to travel to other districts of the city (although I went during Holy Week when the roads are quieter).

I probably could've chosen a better located Red Planet for my few days in Manila. Red Planet Intramuros would've been walking distance to historic sites, and Red Planet Makati is in a livelier neighbourhood with more cafes, restaurants, and bars. This Red Planet is perfect for anyone that wants to be close to the airport or Mall of Asia.

Over all I still enjoyed my stay

The room is clean, the staff are approachable The location is easy to find and it is accessible

The television is not working No enough staff to assist in bringing our luggage to our rooms, need to bring it by myself

Convenient for stopover between flights

I liked that most of the Red Planet hotels I have stayed in are similar so you usually know what you are getting. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. There is always staff at the ready to assist you. This hotel is a relatively short drive from the Ninoy Aquino airport. There are a couple of Seven 11 convenience stores on the same block as the hotel if you need any food or supplies after a late arrival or before an early departure. There are also a few restaurants and fast food places nearby.

I searched through Bookings.com for accommodation for 3 people and the price I paid was more than double the initial advertised price. I haven't experienced this in the past. The hotel staff explained that this is because their rooms are too small to accommodate 3 people so I was being charged for an extra room. The rooms are very bare and don't have tea and coffee making facilities, microwave or fridge. The air conditioner had limited settings so we ended up turning it off. I must explain that we are from the tropics and the highest temperature on the aircon was a little cool for us. The aircon also resets to a very cold temperature each time you come back to your room and it is powered on again.

It was great

Quiet place with good staffs

The room doesn’t have a refrigerator. I was carrying my insulin with me from my 16h trip since no refrigerator i put my insulin boxes in front of the AC. When we checked out i already forgot it.😭😭

The room smelled like smoke even if we were signed a waiver about having to pay an amount if we were to smoke in the roo

Overall not a bad hotel and The Staff are awesome but definitely not coming back to this location. OUT DATED !!!

The staff are friendly and courteous. Stayed at red planet before in different place.

Needs more progress on cleanliness. a bit out dated on room furnishings like the Bed is sagging , ripped and beddings and towels are dingy.

simple and cosy

cosy and comfortable. second time staying with this hotel and i absolutely love it. location is good and it's easy to get around with grab. there's food and 24hour shops nearby. water pressure in shower is strong. simple yet sufficient for a good getaway if you're on budget.

it's a budget hotel so don't expect kettle and free commodities. bring your own toothbrush and conditioner. 3in1 shower gels are never good.

Stay I was happy about I will be back but not sure I will eat there for breakfast

For me I only eat one time for breakfast well I am American also I do not eat greasy fatty foods. The one egg was not cooked enough, toast was very hard and sausage and I think bacon was full of grease. So I just started eating egg until I realized it was not cooked and ate one piece of toast and so hard. I just paid the bill and left. So never went back to eat in hotel restaurant. I will return not sure I will try to eat there again.

Basic clean hotel.

The staffs especially the security guards are always friendly and helpful. Booking transportation with the hotel is quick and easy. Saved me from not having to deal with some dishonest manila taxi drivers. Restaurants, bank and convenience stores beside hotel. Close to airport and mall of asia. Very basic small rooms but always clean. Quick checking in and out.

Had problems with the WiFi inside the room. Very weak signal and near the door only. Once you move to bed WiFi is gone. Can be difficult to get a taxi at night.

i have to wait for an hour to be serve.only 1 staff working. manual filling of form. someone cud have help her give out forms whilewaiting in the queu. ask ur FILIPINO CITOZEN VISITOR TO ALWAYS BRONG ID IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY

I was booked for two rooms for some reason. I tried correcting it but the front desk stating it was too late so I decided to just leave it. I didn’t push the issue.
