Super clean, appears to be in an upper middle class suburb , the apartment is perfect for solo traveller but also would be adequate for a couple. Proactive and very helpful check in and other support from Henry who I assume lives in another apartment in the same block. Great gym and fabulous pool both well maintained . Many restaurants, pop up food stalls and convenience stores downstairs . Approx six Australian dollars to the CBD so if you like staying in the burbs , highly recommended.
Hot water while not cold was not actually warm but I personally didn’t have an issue with that and found it refreshing in the humidity outside .

Water not hot , we are not enjoying taking showers , also very hot elevators and areas so warm.
