Überraschend hübsch und komfortabel in einem Hinterhof in dem man das gar nicht erwartet. Sogar ein kostenfreier Stellplatz war mit dabei, den man allerdings ergattern muss.

Clean, tidy and location is great.
One and Only thing is the lack of sound proofing from apartment above as could hear every footstep of people walking about and could even hear them speaking at times also.

Location was excellent and by far the property's most redeeming feature. It was just a few minutes walk from Inverness city centre and transport hubs.
The welcome pack received the day before check-in was very good. It contained very detailed instructions about how to use everything in the apartment - heating, water, access etc - including step by step videos on You Tube, which were very helpful.
Kitchen was well stocked with a microwave, oven and hob, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Lots of cleaning materials available to use as well. The opportunity to use your own washing machine for extended stays was a bonus.
Bathroom was very small but had a decent shower.
Bedroom had a good amount of wardrobe space and bed was comfortable.
Lounge area was pleasant.
The security deposit process was very complicated and quite intrusive. I have no idea why a photo and my passport details were required as I didn’t see anyone from the management company to check my identity as was claimed during the request for my details.
The communal area for the apartment block was awful. It smelled very damp and there was clear evidence of mould and crumbling plaster. It was very dark - even with the hall light on, I had to use my phone torch to see the lock box. Access to the apartment block was also very unwelcoming as you have to walk past about a dozen wheelie bins (and vermin).
Kitchen layout was not great for someone who is just 155cm tall. I had to climb on the bar stools and kitchen counter to reach the plates as they were impossible to reach. If the plates been placed in the near empty cupboard which housed the fire blanket, instead of tucked in the far corner, it would have been fine. Also, the lack of plug and/or washing-up bowl in the sink made washing dirty dishes very difficult. I scoured the cupboards several times looking for these items. If anyone actually chose to use the abundant range of cooking facilities properly, they would find it extremely difficult to clean up afterwards. The hot water pressure was also dreadful. I was surprised to see that this was not mentioned in other reviews. Even when the kitchen tap was on full blast, it just trickled out and didn’t heat up to a level that would rinse dishes acceptably. Compounded with the lack of plug, I found cleaning crockery extremely difficult.
In the bathroom, the water pressure was also an issue. It was just a trickle from the tap, that wasn't really effective for washing hands. I resorted to boiling the kettle to get hot water on multiple occasions. Fortunately, the shower was from a different water source and was very good.
WiFi was good strength when it worked but, unfortunately, I had to reboot the modem several times during my 4 night stay.
