It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The host was very helpful: I asked for a kettle and a bedside lamp and both were delivered to me the next day.
Mostly, the location. It is fairly central - that's why I chose this accommodation. However, the district is questionable in terms of walking around, especially after dark. There are a lot of grumpy men hanging around in the streets, including what looks like junkies, homeless people and prostitutes (the latter ones were working right in front of the apartment window). Also it's a fairy noisy street corner so keeping the windows open wasn't very pleasant.
