Proximity to shops and restaurants. Perfect location.
There was no bin in the kitchen area. Locating car space was a bit tricky the first time.

Pros: What a beautiful apartment within a heartbeat of the city. The view was amazing, overlooking the park the distant Telstra tower, city lights and just the right amount of traffic to keep you interested in the outside world. Loved the firm bed (personal preference!) Decent kitchen, very quiet, secure building, comfy couch, great air-con to keep warm. Right across the road from Canberra Centre (very handy). Alistair (Host) very responsive. Decent TV (didn't use the wifi) so can't comment on that. Car parking a bonus (2.2m height, FYI).
Cons: Car parking, took us ages (over half an hour to navigate). Better signage underneath is needed in that regard...
NO bin in the kitchen. Upon arrival we found the previous guests dirty towels left in laundry tub. (rectified with Host asap, very responsive)
We had to unstack the dishwasher from previous guests and re-scrub the frypan for use. Overall the stunning apartment could have been cleaned a bit better. Little things like fingerprints/marks/toothpaste stains on basins etc...Turns out there were new cleaners that have obviously not done a the best job.
Pillows WAY too soft, maybe a couple of different types in the apartment... A couple of steak knives a bottle/wine opener handy, and one or two microwave dishes may help. A small BBQ on the patio and a small table and chairs to enjoy the balcony/view... A big one of course is a BIN and bin liners for the bathroom bins (personal hygiene)
These are a few little points being made and some personal preferences of course. We love to cook so a well equipped kitchen is always a bonus.

Amazing location right in the city.
Finding the key and carpark wasn’t straightforward. No kitchen bin for rubbish or dish cloth for keeping kitchen clean. TV required apps to watch anything.
