The property was clean. But was not have a pleasant stay for us. Abit uncomfortable

The property was clean.

They have mentioned that this property is an air conditioned homestay while when I get into the homestay there is no air conditioning in one room and the room was too hot. We also noticed there is needle in every room’s table. Usually the property should need to have a look before handover to the customer. This seems that the house owner didn’t have a look before handover to us. And the location mentioned in the booking.com is different. When we ask them, they said that they haven’t update in the booking.com portal. And when we ask about the non air conditioning room, she replied that they forgot to update us regarding this and the air conditioner was sent for a repair. And one more thing we suggest to change the front door since it doesn’t look safe.

The property was clean.

They have mentioned that this property is an air conditioned homestay while when I get into the homestay there is no air conditioning in one room and the room was too hot. We also noticed there is needle in every room’s table. Usually the property should need to have a look before handover to the customer.
