The view, the setup, also not being able to access different floors without having the key for that specific floor so that was a plus.
Everything was nice.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was awesome.
When you first arrive if you have to park in the garage there is no way for you to get in the building. That is a problem for handicapped guests like myself or even people with kids and a lot of luggage. I was in a handicapped room and the microwave didn’t work. I also had to ask for toilet paper. This is unacceptable. I might revisit this hotel but I hope there have been minor changes.

It is situated on the Flint River as it’s background. Beautiful decor and courteous staff. Rooms are modern with great amenities.
I enjoyed the property tremendously.
