Disappointed but hoping this is a one time issue.

Location was good. Floor appeared to be of good quality. Good views from the kitchen balcony.

I am modifying our review because the owner contacted us and was very gracious and wanted to hear about our experience, offereing to refund our money. Indicating that this was a one time occurence. Apparently there were some techincal issues with the apartment that we reserved. They have reached out to us regarding this issues so it is appreciated. The apartment we were given was nothing like the pictures. We reserved it online and to be fair, during our drive there the owner called us and asked if we would take a different apartment, but it would be better or just as good. We were ok with that. He also asked if we could pay cash. I found that odd but we were tired and just wanted to rest so we agreed. We arrived and the place was dirty. The (one) bathroom had mold along the seal for the tub. It also had an odd smell. There were stains on just about everything. The couch, the bed headboard, the kitchen chairs. Stained pillows and random junk was tossed into various drawers. It did not look like anyone really did a thorough cleaning. When we arrived it was a dirty apartment that looked like someone was currently living there. It did not have private bathrooms. We were asked to pay cash so I have no receipt. It was a bizarre experience. That wasn't the worst part. The coffee maker had no coffee packets. Seems like a small thing, right? We went to several stores nearby and none of them had packets that fit this coffee maker. When my wife inquired as to why we could not find coffee, the response was something like "That is a very special coffee maker and we don't provide coffee for people who only stay one night".. An argument with a customer about coffee. They asked how many we needed and brought some, but by that time it was ridiculous and too late.
