L’établissement va être rénové cet hiver. Il rempli sa mission : bien dormir dans un cadre agréable. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Les tarifs sont très corrects. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

L hotel en général à une vue magnifique. Nous en avons profité avec plaisir au petit déjeuner qui était copieux. Nous avons également grandement apprécié la piscine chauffée tres peu fréquentée.
Nous pensions avoir réservé des chambres en rez de chaussée avec terrasse et vue jardin. Nous etions en fait au 3eme étage avec balcon sur vue parking, alors que l hotel ne semblait pas complet. (peut etre que la reception nous a placé à l etage en raison des chaleurs, la vue jardin etant face au soleil....)

We really enjoyed the beautiful view from the hotel. Its location was also a major advantage, as it was close to all the activities we had planned during our stay.
We also appreciated that the hotel had a movie projector and screen available for guests to use, which made for a fun and enjoyable evening.
Our stay was unfortunately disappointing for several reasons.
The biggest issue was the behavior of the manager in charge. She was rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist us when we asked for help with food arrangements. And the receptionist was new so she couldn’t be much helpful here.
There also appeared to be a significant ferret (or fouine) infestation in the roof, which was quite disturbing, especially at night.
The rooms were excessively heated despite the hot weather. Since there was no proper way to cool them down, we wanted to leave the doors open for fresh air, but we couldn’t because of the animals on the roof.
The staff was often unavailable when we needed assistance.
The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was extremely small. The shower had no proper water temperature adjustment, making it difficult to use comfortably. On top of that, the metal shower bar was positioned so close to the bathroom door that every time the door was opened or closed, it was easy to hit your head on the corner of the bar. Several members of our group ended up with painful bumps and headaches because of this poor design.
Housekeeping during our stay was practically nonexistent. The rooms were not cleaned for four days, and stains remained on the floor throughout our stay without anyone coming to clean them.
Overall, we were very disappointed with the facilities, maintenance, and level of service, and we would not recommend this hotel.
