The property is in a great location, right near all the bars, restaurants and salt marshes. Despite this, it is very quiet.
It is a beautiful little villa, and a great benefit having the pool. The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable.
Sebastien was a great host.
There was nothing not to like but a few pointers:
- we think this was their first season as there were a number of ‘snagging’ items that needed to be finished off in the rooms.
- it would be good to box off the air conditioning units in the garden as they kick out quite a bit of heat.
- it would be good to have hand basins in each toilet.
- a guest information booklet would be helpful, with instructions on how to work the air conditioning, various electronics (especially the hob) and explaining where the rubbish should be taken when you leave.

Tout était parfait : propre, de nombreux équipements dans la cuisine, super literie, très lumineux, clim qui fonctionne parfaitement, belle terrasse ensoleillée avec un grand parasol. Un parking gratuit à 3 minutes à pied. On est dans le centre de la belle ville de Aigues Mortes. Accueil parfait.

La posizione era perfetta
Il patio non era stato pulito
Non cera l'apposita scala per scendere nella piscina o uscire della stessa. Alla mia richiesta, il concierge ha aportato una scaletta per poter usare la piscina.
Nessun WC al primo piano dove sono le camere da letto. I WC sono al pianoterra e fuori nel patio. Risulta un po pericoloso per una personna mezzo adormentata di scendere di notte una scala ripida...
Le unità esterne di pompa calore della pscina e di climatizzazione sono orientati verso la casa. Quando sono in fonzionamento, pulsano aira calda verso il barbecue. Sarrebbe stato meglio istallarli sul tetto del capannone del WC.
