Stressants pour des vacances !!

Fournitures des draps et serviettes.

Une énorme déception – logement qui ne correspond absolument pas à l’annonce Notre séjour a été une véritable catastrophe, et les problèmes ont commencé avant même d’avoir accès au logement. Nous avions un créneau d’arrivée prévu entre 15h et 16h. Pourtant, personne ne nous a contactés. Nous avons envoyé plusieurs messages et tenté d’appeler à plusieurs reprises, sans aucune réponse. Nous sommes restés plus d’une heure et demie sans aucune nouvelle, sans savoir où récupérer les clés ni même si quelqu’un allait venir nous accueillir. À un moment, j’ai vraiment cru m’être fait arnaquer. Nous étions avec notre enfant de 2 ans, avec nos affaires et sans aucune information. Ce n’est absolument pas une situation normale lorsqu’on réserve un logement et qu’on paie pour un séjour. Finalement, une dame, qui était apparemment elle-même en vacances, est venue nous remettre les clés. Une arrivée particulièrement stressante et une organisation franchement incompréhensible. Et malheureusement, ce n’était que le début… À notre arrivée, le ménage n’était pas fait et les draps n’étaient pas préparés. Nous avons donc commencé notre séjour en devant gérer cela nous-mêmes. Ensuite, grosse surprise : l’annonce indique 2 chambres, alors qu’il n’y en a qu’une seule. C’est pourtant un élément essentiel lorsqu’on choisit un logement. Le logement est également annoncé comme pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Oui, il y a 6 couchages sur le papier… mais dans la réalité, les deux grands lits sont tellement proches l’un de l’autre qu’on pourrait presque se chatouiller les pieds depuis les deux lits. 😅 Nous étions également avec notre enfant de 2 ans, et l’annonce précise qu’il est possible d’installer un lit parapluie. Encore faut-il pouvoir circuler dans le logement ! Une fois les couchages installés, il devient quasiment impossible de circuler correctement dans l’appartement.

Appartement propre, matelas confortable, bon emplacement. C'est calme.

Je trouve que le seul point à améliorer c'est pour l'entrée et la sortie du séjour, ce n'est pas assez fluide. Mais sinon tout était super.
