Fabulous location but building still not finished

Location is extraordinary. Goran was pleasant host, it was pretty easy to communicate. We asked him one favor and he did that before we came to the apartment.

The building is still construction site. They are building the tower across this building and they share garage and other public space. It is pretty dirty, noisy and unsafe. Dust is everywhere on the terrace and in the apartment. Apartment has 3 rooms and only living room has AC so you have to open the windows during the night but the construction workers start to drill and make noise at 6am. Sink was clogged in the bathroom. It was not very clean and that’s important to us. Our impression is that the apartment has potential but it was not such a good experience for us.
