Booked for 4nights, stayed for 1, Burnt 81k :)

Average property, as there are many in the same areas, nothing too special.

After booking the property for 4night, we left the very next day of arrival with our 6-month-old toddler. Did not regret losing 81k AT ALL. main reasons below: - Broken exhaust in ground floor - room doors ply getting off, doors always making crazy noise while closing opening (all of them) - Kitchen + the fridge was stinking as if it was not washed for past 1month - The fridge had food stacked on top of each other without covering them. - No washing machine on site (but still mentioned on booking.com) - Geysers don't work, had cold water throughout - Spider webs across ground floor, specifically living area and near ground floor room entrance - We understand it's a semi-tropical place, but the amount of spiders in the house is unacceptable (caretaker's job to clean this!) - First floor bedroom + ground floor bedroom ceiling lights dim or not even working in some cases. - Don't forget the mattress, it will definitely take your back to another dimension if not to a doctor :) After you reach the place after a long drive from wherever you are coming from, the caretaker hands you a Waiver document that explicitly mentioned "in case of any theft or loss, the company and/or caretaker is not responsible", we were calmly forced to sign such document else we have to leave! Most of us do that without thinking any further. But then, if the company we are paying cannot even give assurance of No Theft, then who will? The very next day we moved to another place nearby with a much better reputation and a lower cost, wasting our energy, money, and mood. The customer service representatives Mr. Anmol did offer us a "Limited Period (until the end of August, which is next month)" , 2night free stay coupon as the same property.... I would be crazy to even take it for free. Further I was requested to put a review here by the company, hence I took an effort to do so.

Beautiful villa with excellent hospitality, clean rooms, peaceful surroundings, and great amenities.

We had an excellent stay at Eminence Villa. The property is spacious, beautifully designed, and maintained to a very high standard. Every corner of the villa reflects attention to detail, making it both comfortable and inviting. The common areas were perfect for spending quality time together, while the rooms offered plenty of privacy and comfort. The staff was friendly, proactive, and ensured a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. The peaceful atmosphere and well-kept surroundings made it an ideal destination for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a memorable stay with family or friends.

We had an excellent stay at Eminence Villa. The property is spacious, beautifully designed, and maintained to a very high standard.
