struttura a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, alloggio bellissimo, il proprietario gentilissimo disponibilissimo e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.
il parcheggio privato è fantastico e sicuro, ci vorrebbe una tettoia di protezione dagli aghi e dalla resina dei pini.

This apartment genuinely exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and felt completely brand new. It was clear that a lot of care had gone into making the apartment comfortable and welcoming.
One of our favourite features was the beautiful balcony, which is the perfect place to relax in the evening and watch the sunset. The apartment also has two air-conditioning units, which kept the whole place wonderfully cool, even on hot days.
There is also a rooftop terrace available for guests to use, where you’ll find a washing machine as well. For beach days, chairs and umbrellas are provided downstairs, which was such a thoughtful touch. The beach itself is only about a 3-minute walk from the apartment. There are even outdoor showers right at the entrance to the grounds, so you can rinse off the sand and salt water before heading back inside.
What really made our stay special, though, was our fantastic host, GiGi. He couldn’t have been better! He greeted us personally, showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. He gave us lots of great recommendations for the area and even suggested a playlist for our drive from the airport, which was such a fun and thoughtful detail.
GiGi also kindly allowed us to stay a little longer on our last day and even gave us some fresh figs to try. His hospitality really made the whole experience memorable, and we felt very well looked after from the moment we arrived.
The area itself is great, with several excellent restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed Il Chiosco Bar - Ristorante, La Finestra di Enzo... Pizzeria dal 1992, and Mareé Cucina Pescheria.
Between the spotless, brand-new apartment, the sunset balcony, excellent facilities, nearby beach, great restaurants and GiGi’s incredible hospitality, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
We would absolutely recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again!
