a estadia é maravilhosa. Para ser perfeita bastava ter pelo menos mais um cobertor.

Não há café, mas ha locais bons proximos para tomar. A localização é boa.

Da forma de tratamento da anfitriã. Ela mandou msg informando que foi feito um buraco no banheiro por causa de uma infiltração. Apesar de preocupada com um possível mofo ja que eu estava doente, nao criei problemas. Ocorre que ela liberou o check in mais cedo e ao chegarmos para fazer nos deixou um bom tempo do lado de fora. Ao ser questionada ela mandou um audio deixando claro que já estava fazendo o favor de autorizar mais cedo e que era para esperarmos.

Inicialmente as fotos são muito atrativas e convidativas por aparentar e ser um empreendimento novo e confiável. A expectativa de fato desaprovada com a experiência realizada. A decoração e imagens realmente são válidas mas sua conservação e operacional/funcionamento PESSIMAS CONDIÇÕES! 1- Não há nenhum descritivo ou informativo que não seja permitido a garagem para caminhoneta; R. O CARRO PERNOITOU NA RUA E SEGUÍAMOS DE VIAGEM COM PERTENCES. A anfitriã informou que era seguro deixar nas vagas há frente mas para nossa surpresa ao descer com um também hóspede que relatou sobre sua caminhonete ter sido roubada há uma semana e que também o anfitrião se quer respondeu pela informação que ele mesmo havia mencionado havia um mês. 2- O ar condicionado estava quebrado, com luzes piscando e ao chegar na acomodação informado sobre o mesmo que se quer prestou alguma assistência há não ser desculpas de que estiveram lá para limpeza há tarde e estava funcionando. 3- Surpresa maior o banheiro estar todo sujo de gesso e um furo no teto com cascalhos que poderia cortar e poeira branca por todo chão da acomodação. Foi informado também e para surpresa mais uma “explicação sem resolução”: dizendo que foram fazer um orçamento de reparo no gesso do teto do banheiro mas que não informaram que havia sido feito um corte ou qualquer reparo. R. Como as informações, ou melhor, as explicações convergem e conflitam dizendo que foi realizado há limpeza do local e que o ar estava funcionando. Então me pergunto: limparam mesmo? Quem foi fazer o reparo se quer deixou em condições para uso e não passou se quer informações sobre orçamento e seus feitos? 4- Chegamos na acomodação às 21:56h apenas para pernoitar e seguir viagem há São Paulo e poderíamos ter ido para quaisquer hotel de mesmo valor com várias opções mas fomos altamente vendidos por uma imagem meramente ilustrativa e suas falhas pela falta de preparação do local.
