The house is very new and I dont think there were many guests before us. The size of the house and the location for us was just perfect. Each floor has a terrace or garden and the best part of the house is the pool, with sea/city view, on the roof. We are a family of 4 and our kids are young adults, I think that maybe for smaller kids it could be a bit challenging to keep an eye on them (there 3 floors) so think this is mostly suitable for grown ups/ teenagers. Locations wise it is really good as well. We love to walk and you are at the beach within 15mins (it is very down/up hill) and we also had a car and that takes you 5 mins. Parking in sunmer however can be a challenge. But if you have a car this is really the best place to stay at the Costa Del Sol. Airport is 8mins drive, Malaga city 15mins and access to the highway in only 2 mins.
Wifi was really good on the first floor as well so that I could work when needed. BBQ grill was a nice bonus and the A/C works like a charm.
Communication with the ketti g company was smooth and they kindly allowed us to check in early and check out late on departure day!
It just had a few things missing due to it being nee. An iron would be perfect and some kithen items were missing but it did not bother us at all. A welcome guide on how things work in the house (light switches, appliances) would be great to have as well.
