The apartment is easy to find and well located, inside the walls and near enough for the train station. Property is clean and has facilities good for a short stay. Also quiet. Good value for money.
A/ c is only in the bedroom area, which was good for sleeping. An exceptionally hot summer meant the living room kitchen got a bit warm but we weren’t inside much.

Great apartment in quiet location in Luca. All the amenities you need - including washing machine, iron and ironing board. Great if you are travelling light and need to do laundry. Close to nice cafes and restaurants and a short walk from the station. Close to main sites and you can hire bikes 1 min away from the apartment.
Check in was a real hassle. Had to upload all our passport details etc and couldn't do this via the link they sent so had to download an app and do it that way. Had to do this before they would provide check in details so no way around it. Also aircon was not working. They tried to fix it and said it was working but we returned to find still not working effectively so apartment was so hot to sleep in. They did try to resolve the issues.

De locatie! Midden in de stad maar geen last van harde geluiden.
Ik moest mijn persoonsgegevens inclusief creditcard gegevens invullen op een of ander website om in te checken In verband met veiligheid en privacy heb ik dat geweigerd. Uiteindelijk heb ik alleen een kopie paspoort via WhatsApp gestuurd en hebben zij mij ingecheckt.
De airco hangt op een vreemde plek, je moet de deur van de slaapkamer open houden om de airco lucht binnen te krijgen. Echter komen hierdoor de muggen ook naar binnen.
Na het gebruik van warm water ging de boiler of airco een vreemde geur uitstoten (naar rotte eieren). Er zou een monteur komen, helaas niets meer over gehoord. De medewerker vertelde dat de geur komt omdat het appartement heel lang niet in gebruik is geweest?! Vreemd want ik las recent geschreven reviews via booking.com.
Echter rook de lakens en handdoeken erg muf dus het zou toch best kunnen. Ik vroeg of we een uur eerder konden arriveren, dat kom tegen 30 euro meerprijs!!!
Ook het bed lijkt niet recht te staan (mogelijk komt dat door de vloer). Waardoor je tijdens slapen het gevoel hebt dat je uit het bed rolt.
