Apartament w ścisłym centrum, parking w podziemnym garażu, wyposażenie apartamentu, spokojna okolica, blisko do komunikacji miejskiej, blisko do sklepów, gastronomii, apartament posprzątany, czysto,
Niestety ale należy odgrzybić klimatyzację bo trochę zapach od niej daje, no i ta kaucja. Rozumiem, że to zabezpieczenie przed zniszczeniami ale czy innego sposobu zabezpieczenia nie ma?
7 / 10Good·Jul 2026
+ Location was great for our needs, very up and coming, restaurants and shops in short distance
+ courtyard-facing so rather calm (but no real view)
+ air con
+ ironing board
+ kitchen seemed suitably equipped, we only used the fridge
+ second floor with elevator
+bed size is as mentioned, was comfortable, but the mattress did alert you on every move the person next to you makes
+ security deposit was returned within 4 days - only side note: the amount was not blocked on the card, but rather fully deducted, so when it was returned, i lost 4€ on it due to changing conversion rates
+ we did not end up using the parking, but according to the info provided by the hosts, it is included in the booking.
-Home ventilation system is loud (~60 decibel) and cannot be turned off (bring earplugs)
-reached out to the host about the ventilation system, got a reply but no fix during our stay
-there is mold in the bathroom
-it was quite dusty so seems to not be thoroughly cleaned between guests (top of shelfs, rugs) - watch out if you have dust allergies
-sheets + towels had stains (seemed washed, but still could be replaced)
-the blinds do not really darken the room, so it got light quite early (woke up at 7am due to that)
-there is nowhere to put your appliances in the shower other than the floor
-the sofabed was not made when we arrived, although we booked for 3 ppl, we had to make it ourselves
-sofabed is rather short
Aadditional notes:
it seems like the building is rather new, with people still settling in: the elevator is still covered in order to not destroy it when moving big things in and a neighbor started drilling at 8 am on a Saturday.
There is a lot of construction going on in the area, so it was generally quite noisy (especially in the morning hours)
