Everything was good with the pent house.
WiFi wasn’t working unfortunately wasn’t able to contact the host via booking.com messenger could only receive message and not send them which was unfortunate as I needed to work while away.
I would agree with previous review I do believe the mattresses could do with a new one. But overall we had a good stay.

First of all I must say how impressed I am as the property looks exactly like the pictures. The whole place is spotless, impeccably clean to a high standard with almost everything you need with amenities, facilities & equipment. There is a lift within the building which is helpful and ideal. Everything had a new modern feel but still felt cosy and comfortable. The double terrace/balcony was amazing; very spacious with a breathtaking view..especially at night. I recommend watching the sunset from it, it was just gorgeous. The pool is a good size and clean with deck chairs beside to relax. It’s very private & peaceful with no/little disturbance or noise from the neighbours or outside. The location is perfect, under 10 minute walk to local shops & restaurants and 10 minute drive to local (sandy) beaches! We ordered ubers/bolts, taxis, even food deliveries who could find us & drop us back to location very easily. I am very satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back. Perfect location if you want to be near large sandy beaches too which is ideal in Malta!
Can’t find much but if I was nit picking I would have loved if they provided a bottle of water for arrival once you checked in kept cool in the fridge as the middle of July this year was extremely hot so you arrive thirsty needing a drink. Also there were salt and pepper pots but not filled so had to buy my own salt. The batteries in one of the aircon remotes was low and occasionally had to tap it or wait for it to work again but that was a minor issue and aircon still worked in all rooms. I did mention to them about the digital device with the key code to open the front door was saying it was low on battery but no one came to change it. They told us ti contact again if any further issues with access ti property and I suppose it did last and we could still get inside so not much of an issue there. The host also did not respond to texts/whatsapp and only replied to the booking.com messages but the communication was fine and satisfactory. No other complaints, everything else was fine.

Terrazza e piscina, ma senza un filo d’ombra.
C’era scritto che il check in era dalle 15.
Alle 15.45 abbiamo aspettato sotto al portone perché erano ancora in corso le pulizie.
La batteria dell’apertura della porta dell’appartamento continuava a dire ‘low battery’.. le ragazze delle pulizie ci hanno detto di aspettare che qualcuno venisse a cambiarla in giornata per poter uscire ed entrare in sicurezza.
Quel giorno non è venuto nessuno, e prima della MIA chiamata al proprietario nessuno ci ha informati che potevamo uscire senza problemi, il contrario di quello che ci hanno detto le ragazze delle pulizie precedentemente.
Abbiamo pagato per 4 adulti: c’erano 2 sdraio, 2 bicchieri da vino, 2 bicchieri per l’acqua e 3 tazze da the.
Bere il vino nelle tazze da the è stato divertente…..
I condizionatori delle camere non possono essere accesi di notte perché fanno molto rumore..
