The view, staff communication,

Only one bathroom for 3 people (the place can hold at least 6 people). We couldn’t raise the temperature. The bathroom was too cold to take a shower. When we asked they said that was the normal temperature. The hair dryer didn’t work. Not enough toilet paper. It felt like every time we asked for something (hand soap, extra sheets, heat,…) there was push back and a lot of time texting back and forth to get the thing we asked for which I feel like wasn’t too much to ask. Getting in and out of the driveway was challenging and scary.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Villa Catarina. La terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur le lac et les montagnes, et l’appartement est un endroit très agréable pour se détendre et profiter du paysage. Un merveilleux séjour à Moltrasio !

Very bright, new, beautiful apartment. Perfectly clean. New furniture Great view over the town and the lake Immediate response via WhatsApp to any questions Would like to return

Property is on a busy road. Sometimes difficult to arrive and depart parking area. To reach the center of town on foot it is necessary to walk a short distance on a busy road, Paperwork and contract needed to be done before entry to apartment.

Great instructions on how to access the property, and collecting the keys was easy. The apartment was modern, clean, and offered a beautiful lakeside view. The location is excellent, especially if you have your own car. Customer service provided prompt responses to all questions before and during the stay.

The beds were below the standard I would expect in Western Europe, and the pillows were uncomfortably hard. The air conditioning repeatedly switched off during the night and then restarted at full power to restore the set temperature. This affected sleeping comfort and seemed counterproductive from an energy-efficiency perspective.
