Great location
Late check out
Comfortable bed
Kettle in room
Water and shampoo etc provided
Friendly and helpful stuff
Able to store bags after check out / early arrival was very helpful
The shower flooded onto the rest of the bathroom floor when it was used as the doors didn’t work
The street noise was loud as the windows were not very effective at muting the noise even when windows and shutters were closed
The bedside lights were very bright

Tutto
Niente, secondo me era tutto come doveva essere

Located in central Florence district close to all places of interest. Good housekeeping service.
Can be overwhelming if you are looking forward to an early sleep. Lift access can be an issue if you are not used to small lifts. Lighting in stair well not adequate especially if you are trying to enter door code
