The staff were friendly, and the location was incredible.
The room was fairly big and had comfortable beds.
Would come back for the location.
The air conditioning unit gave off a bad smell that we couldn't get rid of.

The location could not be better. We were right near the Duomo and had many restaurants and shops nearby. We never even used the tram because everything was so close. The staff were friendly and helped me improve my Italian when they heard I was trying to learn! Breakfast was also wonderful.

well location location location , that is the best part. Now….NOISE! NOISE!oh yeah more NOISE . no a/c that actually works tiny rooms and bath . if it works properly. The staff and location is the best thing going for this hotel.
