Excellent location, swimming pool is great
It gets very hot on the kitchen area and on the bathroom, however if you are out most of the day shroud not be an issue

The villa is simple, clean and the location for walkability is perfect. It’s set back in cute area just tucked in from the main road. There are quite a few options for coffee, breakfast right nearby. The villa itself is spacious and really clean. Comfortable bed and bedding. We didn’t use the pool, but there was one available. I think the location and the reasonable price really make this villa an easy choice. The barking, fighting dogs outside were annoying, but not the owners fault. I would stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Villa Nam Phi for 5 nights just a week ago.
The accomodation is new building-so everything is super clean and nicely decorated .
The aircon worked just great, the mattress was very comfortable and the room has plenty of nice wooden furniture to put all your belongings inside.
The room and adjusted to it bathroom are very specious .
The shower has good water pressure.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook just outside the room on veranda- big fridge, gas cooktop, pots and pans, cutlery.
The location of the property is strategic- just 100 meres to main street with all restaurants, shops, spas there. And about 250 m to the beach. At the same time it is located on a quiet street- which was important to me.
The pool was nice and clean and there is not very big garden with grass and trees there too.
The host family is very nice and friendly and I definitely felt there very comfortable and safe.
I will definitely return back to the Villa, highly recommend.

The doors were the only thing that were a bit frustrating needing to lock and unlock just to open and close
