It's a very modern and attractive flat. The kitchen facilities are probably the best of an apartment that we have stayed in in Salamanca. The location is a little far out from Plaza Mayor, but suited where we wanted to be. We used the sofa bed rather than the loft and found it to be very comfortable.
I prefer physical keys rather than electronic in case of connection or low battery issues. We had a problem entering the property with the codes supplied. As a result we had to wait outside the apartment entrance along with other guests until someone came to fix the lock. The instructions for entry could be a little bit better explained. The open sofa bed and the spiral staircase take up a lot of the space available.

El apartamento es precioso,y cerca del centro
Las escaleras para subir a la cama de arriba,no es apta para personas obesas o mayores, peligrosa.
