1 điểm trừ duy nhất là phòng không có máy quạt tản hơi, chỉ có máy lạnh nhưng hôm mình ở thì máy lạnh hoạt động ko đc tốt, dù bật lâu nhưng vẫn ko mát

This hotel is beautiful. We stayed here in June 2026 and it had only been open for a short while, so there was a few minor things still to be done, but it didn't really impact our stay. The staff are lovely and very helpful, also very prompt to respond to requests. 24 hour hot water is always a plus. We did like our stay there.
The entrance steps are very steep and no handrail there. No wardrobe in bedroom nor was there anywhere to hang any clothes. We also didn't like the fact the basin isn't private from the bedroom area, also there was only 1 small rubbish bin under the main bench above tv and not another 1 by the basin. The other thing was there is no small towel hanging space by the basin, meaning you have to go back into shower/ toilet room to dry your hands. Not convenient if someone else already using that room.

Phòng mới, còn nghe mùi sơn mới, phải mở cửa để bay mùi bớt. Nên có thêm quạt cây, hoặc treo tường để đảo gió
