We had a wonderful stay at Sidari Waterpark Residence. Our host Demetra was so warm and welcoming. She gave us all the info we needed, great beaches to visit and ensured our kids had milk, fruits and sweets since we arrived late and some wine for us to wind down. We really felt like home.
The apartment itself is very nice: modern and very nicely decorated, spacius (2 large bedrooms, a modern open space with living room, dining and kitchen and a large dressing room - loved that), well equipped with all that you need and AC in all rooms.
It's close to Sidari Waterpark Resort (5 min walk) where you also have the breakfast (which was varied and quite tasty) and a 15 min walk to the main beach in Sidari, which is a good starter beach for families with small kids, in the one or two days when you arrive (it's sandy and the water is shallow at least 30m away from shore). There are good restaurants all around if you don't want to walk too much or drive and a big supermarket a 3-4 min walk away.
All in all it's a great stay for families with kids or with multiple members if you need space and a relaxing athmosphere. It's also a great spot if you want to visit multiple beaches.
The apartment was flawless for our needs. There is a bit of occasional noise during the night, due to the traffic outside but the appartment is well isolated and the bedrooms are on the opposide side. So when you close the bedroom doors you can hardly hear anything. We all slept really well.

Sidari Waterpark Residence was a delightful surprise. The apartment is located on the second floor of a private house; it is very spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with every amenity. It features a beautiful, large kitchen stocked with all necessary appliances and basic cooking spices. A small welcome treat awaited us—a lovely touch after a long bus journey. There is air conditioning in every room. A travel cot and a changing mat were set up and ready for our child.
The hotel is just a five-minute walk away; we had our breakfasts there and access to the water park. The breakfasts were tasty and offered a wide variety of choices.
You could easily spend the whole day at the water park. There were plenty of sun loungers with umbrellas, and the pools and attractions catered to both the youngest guests and older ones.
The staff deserves the highest praise—always helpful and smiling. Despite our son falling ill, we had a wonderful holiday. The owner of our apartment was amazing—very open and helpful—and even prepared lunch for us! We could also count on them to arrange a doctor for our son.

Tolles Appartement in der Nähe der Hotelanlage. Schöne Poolanlage.
Das Apartment war in der Nähe der Hotelanlage, aber direkt an der Straße und deswegen sehr laut auch in der Nacht. Das Frühstück war nicht so überzeugend. Wenig Frisches Obst und Gemüse. Der Saft war nur aus Sirup und nicht trinkbar.
