The Cocoonr Dinard agency is offering this bright, 75 m² flat for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the second floor of a secure residential block (with a lift), ‘Le Chamati’ is less than a 10-minute walk from Saint-Enogat beach and 900 metres from Dinard’s famous market. The flat comprises a lovely 20 m² living area with a sitting and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is as follows:
- Spacious entrance hall with storage cupboards
- A first bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200cm), dressing room and electric roller shutters. The bedroom opens onto a south-east-facing terrace of approx. 7 m².
- A second double bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200cm) and electric roller shutters.
- A 20m² living room with a dining area for 4-6 guests and a lounge with television. The living room opens onto a second terrace of 7 m², facing south-east and equipped with a table and chairs for 4 to 6 guests.
- A fully-equipped kitchen (including Nespresso pod coffee maker, kettle, three-burner induction hob, dishwasher, conventional and microwave ovens, as well as rice cooker and AirFryer). In the scullery, there is a storage area and a fridge with a crisper and a freezer door (2 shelves).

If you choose to come by car, the Chamati flat has a private underground parking space.
