The unit is stocked with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.

Each bedroom has its own bath. The kitchen and living space are great for old school family battles of Uno, Monopoly and other classics. (Not to worry, we also have WiFi and flat screen TV’s for modern competitors).

Included with each guest's stay:

Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels)
Bath Amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and some additional toiletries)
Dish soap/Laundry Detergent/Trash Bags
Towels/Linens
Basic cooking/Kitchenware/Keurig Coffee with an assortment of K-Cups/Drip Coffee Maker

Parking will be available onsite in the driveway, narrow garage, and overflow parking. Limited to 3 vehicles.

NO animals of any kind. Violation of this rule will result in vacating the unit immediately without refund. An additional $250 cleaning fee will apply.

Please note that quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and will be enforced. Be mindful of the full-time residents in the neighboring units. There are neighbors who regularly monitor the noise levels. NO parties!
