Lake Street Bungalow is the perfect home base for your trip to Salt Lake City. Guests will find three comfortable bedrooms featuring a king bed, queen bed, and a cozy bunk bed with a bottom full, and a top twin, offering plenty of space for everyone. Every bed including the bunk has reading lights. Bathroom includes a bidet and a hair dryer for added convenience. Relax in the living area, where heating and air conditioning keep the atmosphere just right. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of skiing or working, My home welcomes you with warmth and comfort.
Situated ideally within the Salt Lake valley, Lake Street Bungalow offers quick access to all of the Wasatch Front's best ski resorts & is less than 10 minutes from downtown restaurants and nightlife. Is situated on a quiet street close to a Trader Joe's for easy stocking up. The home has off street covered parking for two cars and plenty more street parking as needed. It also comes with a laundry room and plenty of closet space for luggage or hanging clothing
VRBO guests will access the front door where the smart lock is located. The home has two floors. The upstairs is what you will have full access to (and is locked from the downstairs). Downstairs is a long term rental. Both units are separate and locked independently as well as accessed on opposite ends of the home so there is little to no chance of bumping into anyone.
The laundry is in a mutually shared space at the bottom of the stairs. VRBO guests can do laundry on even days.
