Andrew and Maria were absolutely incredible hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome, like we were staying at a home away from home rather than just a rental.The house itself was perfect. It’s located on the north end of Clearwater Beach, just steps from the beach, and also within easy walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, and entertainment downtown. The location really could not have been better.The home was spotless and had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. They truly thought of everything, especially for beach days, with all the essentials already there so you can just show up and enjoy your vacation.I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Clearwater. Andrew and Maria went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, and I already know this will be a place we come back to again.

Our 7 night stay here was awesome. We enjoyed being a small distance from the pier and beach, it was walkable but we opted for renting bikes! Communication with Andrew was great. Always quick with responses and helped us with any questions we had. The place was very clean, and we enjoyed our own little outdoor area & grill. We will be back again, as we like to come to Clearwater once a year.

This is a great 2b/2b one block from beach on north side of town. We stayed 9 days with our Lab. Very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed. Our host Andrew was in touch with us multiple times to make sure everything was good!
