Wi-Fi is available in Platinum and Lodge accommodation only. For your comfort and convenience, bed linen and duvets are provided, and gas and electricity are included in your stay. Families can request travel cots, highchairs, and bedrails free of charge, but please remember that babies must be included in the total party size.. As part of our check-in policy, a Security Deposit Bond is required—£100 for Caravans and £150 for Lodges—secured via pre-authorisation. Please note, this is not an immediate charge, but a temporary hold placed on your account to cover any potential damages, breakages, or excessive cleaning.

Your accommodation will be carefully inspected upon check-out. Provided everything is in order, the full amount will be released promptly.
