About this villa rental
Enjoy unobstructed sea views in this luxurious modern villa within walking distance of bustling Jan Thiel, with its beach and shops. The 6 spacious bedrooms are air-conditioned and each has its own bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower. A fully equipped gym is at your disposal in the villa, but you can of course also choose to play a game of beach volleyball or beach tennis on the illuminated court in the backyard.
For stays longer than 7 days, we require an intermediate cleaning (including fresh towels and bed linen) for a fee of 150 euros.
The base rate applies to 4 bedrooms; the 5th and 6th bedrooms are available at an additional daily rate.
Water consumption is included in the rental price. Additionally, 60 kWh of electricity for the standard 4 bedrooms is included daily. (10 kWh per day, per extra booked bedroom will be included.) With normal use, you will stay well within this limit. Excess consumption is possible at a rate of €0.55 per kWh.
