About this farm stay rental
A 60 m² self-contained gîte with a private entrance and terrace offering a rare view of the listed village of Simiane-la-Rotonde.
Bedroom with a 160 cm bed, bathroom with walk-in shower, dressing room, washbasin and toilet, fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room.
High-speed fibre broadband (Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection), TV with Netflix and international channels including the BBC.
Private parking, laundry room and secure, separate bike storage.
The property comprises 2 hectares of grounds and 40 hectares of private woodland, with paths accessible directly from your gîte.
The signposted walking trails are freely accessible.
Very spacious and refined, set on a secluded hillside between Vaucluse and the Alpes de Haute-Provence, your gîte offers peace and space,
with no neighbours opposite, just nature, birds and light.
I designed the living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom exactly as I would have wanted them for myself.
Designed for two people, it is the ideal space for a relaxing break, for hikers, cyclists and dreamers.
The clear skies allow you to stargaze, and for astronomy enthusiasts, the Saint Michel Observatory is a 25-minute drive away.
Close to the gîte, a host of attractions await you:
Le Bleuet bookshop in Banon (internationally renowned), Le Petit
Colorado in Rustrel (walks through the heart of the ochre hills),
the Oppedette Gorges, the gardens of Valsaintes Abbey, exhibitions and concerts at the Haute Church in Banon, e-bike hire and charging points in Simiane, plenty of restaurants and, of course, the famous Provençal markets!
