The house's kitchen/family room is really charming with an open kitchen in connection with the large dining and TV room, where there is ample opportunity to stretch out on the large sofa while playing cards at the table and cooking in the kitchen. In extension of this room is the large conservatory, from which you can access the house's large courtyard, which has no less than 7 cozy corners, so there is plenty of opportunity to find a place in the sun! The house has a distribution hallway with toilet, bathroom and three double rooms - one even with a standing sauna. The house also has a lovely utility room with washing machine and dryer. The house is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed. Plenty of opportunity to find a place in the sun:As mentioned, there are 7 oases in the courtyard, one of which is called the stress-free zone. This is evidence of the attitude that it should be cozy to stay at Parallelvej 11. The courtyard is screened off from the road, so that you have privacy in the rooms. There is plenty of personality in the house, as the homeowner himself uses the home several times a year, and is happy to invite you inside when the house is still vacant. The beach, shopping opportunities and the city center are within a radius of about 1 kilometer. Parking options are of course no problem and are located directly in front of the house.Important note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same reservation year. • A refundable deposit may be required before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. The final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts are refunded within 21 days after check-out. • Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of 150 DKK. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to rent the property.
