Details about the house:The holiday home is in great condition and is within walking distance of the beach, shopping, restaurants, shopping and transport options and more. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and the house is practically furnished with a spacious bathroom and an enclosed garden. There is room for four people here, and pets are allowed. If you are traveling as a couple, it is a good idea to rent this home and the apartment on the 1st floor at the same address. You have your own parking right in front of the home. The interior of the holiday home:You enter a hallway that has space for practical necessities, and from there the path starts into a super nice kitchen/dining room/living room with lots of light and air. From this room you can access the holiday home's spacious bathroom and bedroom, as well as the lovely garden, where you can find shelter and peace completely undisturbed. The home is ideal for renting for your holiday when you want to stay in the middle of Løkken town, while being close to the North Sea, beautiful nature and having your own garden. The house is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed. Important note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same reservation year. • A refundable deposit may be required before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. The final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts are refunded within 21 days after check-out. • Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. • Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site. • Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent the property.
