Inside you will also find a kitchen, and a lounge/diner with woodburner. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, an enclosed garden to the front with lawned area, patio and furniture, as well as a small courtyard to the rear with furniture. Resting in a delightful setting with much to keep you occupied, Fern Cottage is an excellent retreat in a pleasant part of England.

With shops and pubs close to the picturesque fishing towns of Staithes and Runswick Bay, Hinderwell is a small but bustling rural village. Just seven miles from the harbour town of Whitby, Hinderwell is ideally located for exploring the surrounding countryside, ranging from the dramatic cliffs and smugglers' coves of the coastline to the deep, secluded dales of the North York Moors National Park.
