Kimberlin is a mid-terrace townhouse in Chiswell on Portland, Dorset and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
The Space:
Please note: from October 2026 strictly no check-ins/check-outs on Saturdays and Sundays. The living space includes a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, dining seating for six, sitting room with TV. The bedrooms include a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twins on request), king-size and twin bedroom with Velux Blackout blinds, served by a bathroom and shower room. Travel cot, mattress, cot bedding, high chair and one stair gate can be provided. To the outside there is a patio and roadside parking. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and beach, and within 0.1 miles, a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, beach towels are provided in the landing cupboard. Kimberlin has everything for a memorable retreat to Dorset. Please note, check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
The Neighborhood:
Portland Bill is a small promontory at the tip of the mountainous Isle of Portland peninsula, connected to the mainland by Chesil Beach, an 18-mile-long shingle spit that stretches towards West Bay. Portland Bill is located on Dorset's magnificent Jurassic Coast, which is now a World Heritage Site, and is home to three lighthouses, the most modern of which was completed in 1906 and is 35 metres tall with white and red stripes. The Portland Bird Observatory, as well as a tavern and a restaurant/café, may be found on Portland Bill. Previously a quarrying region, the spectacular coastline scenery and pathways provide excellent walking opportunities, and the surrounding countryside is well recognised as a birdwatcher's paradise! Fortuneswell and Easton both have a good selection of stores, bars, and restaurants. With superb climbing options and a variety of watersports activities nearby, as well as the magnificent sandy beaches and picturesque harbour of Weymouth just 9 miles away, this fantastic holiday destination should not be missed!
