Welcome to your Fort Lauderdale island retreat—an ideal blend of tranquility and convenience. Set on a quiet residential island just minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale, beaches, dining, and shopping, this thoughtfully maintained waterfront home offers a relaxed, private atmosphere with comfortable sleeping arrangements, a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living areas, and a private backyard—perfect for unwinding after a day out. Boaters may enjoy optional dock access by prior arrangement.
Inside, the home is designed for comfort and ease with well-appointed living spaces, a functional kitchen, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Recently remodeled and thoughtfully updated, it features modern finishes, new furnishings, and a fresh, comfortable feel throughout. The backyard is reserved for guest use and provides a calm space to relax after time at the beach or exploring the city.
The property includes a large dock capable of accommodating vessels up to approximately 65 feet, currently only 24ft available for dockage. Dock use is optional, available by prior arrangement, and with an extra fee.
Guests have full private access to the home and backyard during their stay. A designated side access path leads to the dock; on rare occasions, if a transient boat is docked, this path may be used for brief passage only. Guest use of the backyard and living areas is not impacted.
We respect our guests’ privacy while remaining available if needed. Interaction is minimal, but we’re happy to help with questions, recommendations, or support before and during your stay.
Please note: the dock may occasionally be used for transient boat docking. If a boat is present, access is limited to the side passage only and does not interfere with the backyard or interior living spaces. For safety purposes, an exterior security camera monitors the side alley and access path only; it does not monitor interior spaces or backyard seating areas. This is a quiet residential neighborhood—well-suited for guests seeking a peaceful stay and not appropriate for parties or events.
