With Windansea Beach just a short walk away, the home offers an easygoing setting for beach days, neighborhood exploring, and evenings spent together at home.
Inside, the living room is designed for unwinding, with a plush sectional, and comfortable gathering space for slow mornings or movie nights after a day by the ocean. The adjoining dining area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and everything you need for meals at home.
Both bedrooms are designed as peaceful retreats and include their own TVs for relaxed evenings. Modern, spa-inspired bathrooms add a clean and comfortable finish to the space.
Outside, your private patio is made for enjoying La Jolla’s year-round coastal climate. Start the morning outside with coffee, fire up the BBQ after the beach, gather around the fire pit as the evening cools, or enjoy a friendly game of corn hole.
The main home and its patio are reserved exclusively for your stay. A separate ADU is located on the property and is occupied by long-term residents. - Pets are welcome with the applicable pet fee and must be included in your reservation or approved by Scarella Stays in advance. Undisclosed pets are subject to a $500 fee per pet.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Violations are subject to a $300 fee.
- Occupancy may include up to two additional guests beyond the standard bed count. Air mattresses and additional linens are available upon request.
- Exterior amplified music is not permitted. Violations are subject to a $500 fee.
- Events and gatherings are not permitted unless approved and coordinated with Scarella Stays in advance. This includes rehearsal dinners, wedding celebrations, birthday parties, and similar gatherings.
