About this apartment rental

This one-bedroom retreat is available as a seasonal rental for a minimum of 30 days per booking. Ideal for couples or solo travelers. Guests will appreciate the serene atmosphere and view of Golden Peak that makes it easy to unwind after a day of adventure. The space offers a comfortable living room with natural sunlight, the option for 4 to 6 seated at the dining table and an additional 2 counter seats. The condo has a king bed, pull out sofa, gas fire place, washer/dryer in unit, and a front porch to relax with Adirondack chairs; where the Vail fireworks can be viewed during 4th of July and New Year's Eve. There is one designated parking spot with additional guest parking on premise. Conveniently located across the street from a town of Vail bus stop, walking distance to the pedestrian bridge to Lionshead, bike trails, hiking trails, and access road to Piney Lake. Whether you’re here to explore or simply recharge, this amazing condo offers a welcoming home base.
