About this cabin rental
One of a kind, movie view sunrises, real Log Cabin on beautiful Lake Martin! There are many "cabins" listed but our home, built in 2016, affords one of the only genuine Log Cabin experiences on Lake Marin! Private dock for lake fun and your boat (community 'private' boat ramp available). Available June 1st, 2026 - we offer our home for your enjoyment. Our cabin was built around the loft bed (Tempur-Pedic) - wake up to the most incredible Lake view! Large front porch with covered side porch. 2 kayaks available for your enjoyment. Make your favorite coffee drinks with automatic DeLonghi La Specialista Espresso Machine or Keurig pot brew/pod (Locally Roasted in Alabama Barking Bea coffee provided!)! High speed WiFi (fiber) with Netflix. 45 minutes from Auburn. Our photos are not "doctored" or edited in any misleading way, what you see is what you get! Work has taken us away from our dream home, while we wait eagerly to return, we offer it for your enjoyment!
Lake Martin water levels are controlled by a hydroelectric dam. Water is lowered by approximately 7 feet each winter. Weather pending, the lowering begins on Oct. 15 at about 2 feet per month and seasonal draw up starts Feb. 20, back to ‘full pool’ by May. Generally – water levels at our dock will not accommodate a boat November-Mid March. Please reach out with questions regarding water levels before booking!

Excellent stay at this beautiful cabin in Lake Martin! The host, Chris, communicated quickly and efficiently. We loved the family-friendly atmosphere, the private dock and water access, and the ice-cold AC inside the house. The dock provided us a place to dock a rented pontoon boat one day and a jet-ski the next. Just a mile away from the property is the Anchor Bay Marina where you can shop/rent boats and where you can also go to the Social (restaurant/bar.) Highly recommend those establishments as well. Great people all around. This beach family from Florida will definitely be returning!! Thanks Chris and Sarah!
