Everything was great. Host was kind and offered quick assistance if needed! Will rent again if in area.

I want to start off by saying this home is in a very nice area, its clean and seems very safe. Overall the house was clean and organized. I do want to say it does appear to be owner occupied. While the owners were not there during our stay, there were many signs it was their residence, such as shoes and a family photo and other things. The two bedrooms available to guests are clean but sparse. The pillows, pillow cases sheets and such were stained but seemed freshly cleaned. The pillow cases did not fit on the pillows. The hand towels seemed clean but were also stained and worn. The owners personal effects were all in the shower. We were only provided one towel for three adults and a child. The thermostat was set to 75 when we arrived which is fine but I really never cooled off over the night. We tried turning the ac to the lowest setting and the upstairs never got to or maintained a comfortable temperature. They have signs all over inside the property warning they surveil the property. There is only one visible camera, however I suspect there are additional ones. The mattresses were possibly the least comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. When I informed the host of the issues they were gracious and stated they would take the suggestions into account. This place has potential and is in a great location.
