• Single-level cottage in the peaceful foothills of Lookout Mountain (easy access, no stairs)
• Sleeps 6 comfortably
– Bedroom 1: King bed
– Bedroom 2: King bed
– Bedroom 3: Queen bed
• 1 full bathroom (clean, centrally located)
• Free private parking for up to 4 vehicles
• Just 15 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, dining, and top attractions
• 2 covered porches to sit and enjoy your day!

Guest Access:
Guests can access the home via the back door, using the provided code for the smart lock.
Free private parking for up to 4 cars
Covered Parking for 1 car
1.5 acres of backyard privacy with a picnic table and fire pit.

12 minutes to Rock City on Lookout Mountain
6 miles to the Tennessee Aquarium
-If you are in town for the IronMan. The biking segment runs within walking distance to the house. Take your lawn chair and cheer them on!

We recommend driving your vehicle or ride sharing via Uber, Lyft, etc.

**No unauthorized guests – $500 fine per guest
**No fireworks/firearms – $2,000 fine + immediate eviction

This location was most definitely a very clean relaxing area!! I lived the space and layout of the house. I will be booking here again even if it’s just to get a breather from the kiddos. I love you all setup and property so much! Thanks for all the notes and extra time with letting us know your available if we needed anything!
