Situated only Minutes from the Kinloch Village and Beach , we have two cafes a Coffee Cart and General Store that offers Great takeaways.
For the adventurous there are all the activities that Kinloch has to offer , Bush walks - Cycle trails - Swimming & Charter Cruises .
And only a short 20 minute country drive gets you into the Centre of Taupo.
Basically just like a small apartment only its not a full kitchen. The lounge can be converted into a second bedroom for making it possible to have 4 guests
Guests have full access to there area.
EV charging is available for a small charge.

If you'd like to meet the farm animals just ask and well arrange an introduction with some treats for the cows.
Just down form the Main Gate are 2 Bush walks that will take you down to the Lake and General Store.

Had a great time at the BnB We arrived late so it was dark its only 20 minutes from town but at night it feels longer would recommend brining food with or grab lunch or dinner while you are out.The property is up a private driveway with a gate so was nice and safe. Check in was easy and the property was clean and comfortable minus a bit of hair in the bathroom.The sofa bed was nice and comfortable and the place is modern and well thought out i liked the ir paintings that heated the property kept it nice and warm even though it was quite cold at night. The gift basket was a nice touch and we made good use of it. Not to mention Little Hunter made sure to check out Car for any non compliant items.
