About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming 80 m² house for rent in Osserain-Rivareyte, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 32 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which has a shower, bath and WC), a separate WC, and you can enjoy a garden of around 90 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A 32 m² living room with a TV, fireplace…
- A dining area with a table seating six
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
Upstairs
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- A bathroom with shower, bath and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely enclosed garden of 90 m² with garden furniture and a parasol
- A 10 m² terrace
The house is ideally situated in Osserain-Rivareyte, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Activities:
- Numerous towns and villages full of character in the Basque Country and Béarn.
- Walking and cycling trails.
- Beaches on the Basque coast, an hour’s drive away.
- Mountain excursions, an hour’s drive away.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Orthez station, about 30 minutes’ drive away, with a bus route stopping 30 metres from the house
- Nearest airport: Pau-Pyrénées Airport, about 50 minutes’ drive away, or Biarritz Airport, 1 hour away
Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- The wood-burning stove is in working order; wood is provided for the first few fires (0.1 stère)
- Pets are not allowed in the property
- A cot and high chair are available on request
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
