Charming 1940s cottage set on 200' of private lake frontage overlooking 20 Mile Bay and Gunstock Mountain.
Beautiful southern exposure keeps the waterfront warm and well lit all day long while you lounge on the expansive dock.
Two bedrooms boast a queen bed and a set of twins, and there is a twin bed in the three-season porch for those who want to listen to the loons while they sleep.
This home has been lovingly cared for by the same family for multiple generations and they wish to share it with you.
