Great location and a lovely House.

It’s the first property I’ve ever stayed at where there was no welcome pack. Every other place will leave fresh milk, scones, sachets of butter maybe a wheaten bread. Just so you can have a cup of tea after a long drive. The house was clean, the cupboards in the kitchen smelt really fusty and there was old coffee and stuff other people had left behind. Top of the fridge was dirty. The old conservatory out the back is a real eyesore. And the boiler in the utility room smells like rotten eggs. Bags of potential, great spot. Just a bit more attention to detail and I would give a 10/10
