It's easy to have a good morning at the Good Morgen Haus! Our 2 bedroom (King, Queen + Sofa Bed) & 2 bath home is ready to welcome you to Fayetteville. We're located just 2 miles from The U of A campus! Adventure just a little further and you will be in the center of Fayetteville’s one of a kind Downtown district complete with the historic square, Dickson St, shops, and local restaurants. The fun continues at home with a ping pong table, baggo, and a backyard with a fire pit, hammock, grill, and seating.

It’s a very simple house that’s not overdone yet has everything we needed. The location was a quick drive to downtown Fayetteville and to the University of Arkansas. We enjoyed a late night of playing mini ping pong in the garage.

Clean, quiet and comfortable space. The fenced in outdoor area was relaxing. Plenty of amenities inside for a comfortable stay. The location was great with plenty of sidewalks for neighborhood walks, short drive to nature trails, shopping and the university.
